Position Purpose

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be helping customers move their inventory by identifying and providing logistics solutions. You will be assisting in managing existing customer accounts, accepting loads based on commitments, setting appointment times, accepting and entering orders through EDI or manual entry in our TMW, and identifying and resolving issues. Position Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and input shipment details for all related loads.

- Update internal and external portals with shipment details as needed.

- Track the progress of each shipment and communicate updates to all related parties.

- Field all customer inquiries regarding shipment status.

- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure accounts are being appropriately serviced.

- Help the Customer Service team meet or exceed required margin and revenue goals
